  1. I cooked the Lamb shanks in white wine a few nights ago and even though i made it i have to say it was the BEST lamb i EVER tasted. Well wort the efford !!!

      • well done john site is looking good a lot of hard graft gone into it(about time though) hope it goes really well for you mate you deserve it tried your recipe for pink ladies but my new york mitchilin(WANKER) chef disagreed with a lot of what i was doing as i was following your video(never try cook with a laptop) lol hahahahahah. once again best of luck with it
